Report abuse

Canner hosts applications that our customers build and upload. Occasionally someone abuses that. If you have found content on a Canner-hosted address that looks like phishing, malware, or anything else harmful, please tell us — this page goes straight to the people who can take it down.

What to report

• Phishing — a page imitating a real company's sign-in screen to harvest passwords, or a fake crypto-wallet recovery page.
• Malware, or a page that pushes a deceptive or unwanted download.
• Gambling or betting sites, fake investment or crypto schemes, counterfeit or replica goods, or illegal-pharmacy pages.
• Spam originating from a hosted site.
• Illegal content, or content that infringes your copyright.
• Anything else you believe violates our acceptable-use policy.

Addresses we host

Customer applications are served on canner.app subdomains, and on app.canner.ca subdomains for projects created before July 2026. Customers may also point their own domains at us. If you are unsure whether an address is ours, report it anyway — a lookalike domain pretending to be us is something we very much want to know about.

Send a report

No account is required and the email field is optional. We would rather have an anonymous report than no report.

What happens next

• Your report is recorded and sent immediately to our operators.
• We review it, usually within one business day. Credible phishing reports are treated as urgent and actioned as soon as we have confirmed them.
• Confirmed abuse means the content is taken offline and the responsible account is suspended.
• If you left an email address we may contact you for clarification. We will not add you to any mailing list.

What we already do

Every deployment is scanned before it is published — for credential-harvesting and malware patterns, and for content that violates our acceptable-use policy (gambling, fake investment schemes, counterfeit goods, illegal pharmacies, and doorway/SEO-spam networks). Builds that match an attack pattern are held — never routed, never reachable — until a human reviews them; policy matches are flagged for a human to judge. That is not a substitute for reports from the public, which is why this page exists.
